“I first wrote my book and published it through the Amazon platform known as Createspace.  I enjoyed the ease of that platform, but for me to buy my own book to give away cost nearly double what my printing costs are for the folks over at Author 2 Market.  I do find the Author 2 Market's platform is not the most user friendly, but just calling them makes all the difference.  In fact, I had an issue with a shipment that I thought I had ordered, but the order did not go through (due to my inability to navigate their platform).  I called them to find out what happened and they immediately rushed my order at no additional cost and shipped them out in time for my event!  The customer service is unparalleled because I know I could probably never get a live body on the phone over at Amazon.”
